Shop Policies
- Please be aware of your state inspection laws. Even legal film may not pass inspection in your state due to pre-existing factory dye embedded in your car’s glass. Example: Most cars have a 3% dye in their glass. Our film is a 35% film. This would mean your glass would meter at 32% and would not pass Maryland inspection.
- Please inform the shop prior to film installation if you absolutely need to be 100% legal. The shop will suggest the proper film to install.
- While we do everything in our power to save your rear window defrost lines, Winners does not guarantee that they will work upon tint removal. Some films remove the metal on the defrost lines when the tint is removed.
- Winners places all items that are found in the rear seat of the car into the front passenger seat so that we may access the interior of the rear window.
- Please remove any items of value from car prior to work being performed.
- Winners will do whatever it takes to accommodate you but under no circumstances will we issue any refunds to tint work performed.
- Due to insurance reasons, no customers are allowed in the bay unless accompanied by a shop employee.
- We prosecute shop lifters.
